Tip Top 4 - Moment Control

Tip Top 4 - Moment Control
Take advantage of all known options in one step!

By: Noah Agam- Technical Director

Advantages of this method over the use of hydraulic or spring bite:
• Load pushing sting controlled more accurately • Load can be changed at any given time.
• A freer work space while working with the top turret (you can remove the sting by replacing the station).
• Highly accurate protection in the event of load change for any reason.

In order to perform this action:
Preliminary preparations
1. Center drilling
2. Install rotating on the stinger in the appropriate station.

Required program segment:
G14 - Lower Turret
T0101 - Select Tools sting
G0 X1 Z1 - closer to the edge and drilled front centering
__ = G22 Z__ D__ L__ F__ PZ - moment control

G13 - Upper Turret
T0404 - External engraving or milling
G1 X1 Z1 F0.3 S1000 - engraving / milling
G0 X500 Z500
M30

When:
Z – goal point
D - distance from the access point and the target point (added value).
L - distance between the target point to the virtual access point (added value)
F - progress.
PZ - Early moment as percentage of maximum moment
